No-mind: Mindfulness Meditation based on MBCT and MBSR (Jon Kabat-Zinn), OSHO Active Meditation™ and other meditative techniques (like Vipassana or Zazen) provide you the possibility to get rid of your tension, let you calm down and relax.

Mind: Coaching based on introspection and meditative techniques uses the mind to discover individual solutions for your personal issues. Once the questions of your mind are answered your mind can relax.
