Dear fellow meditator,
Yesterday, London Meditation had it’s 5th anniversary!
We have had a very successful journey from our first Active Meditation class in Wood Green,
followed by the wonderful years in Primrose Hill and now London Meditation has finally
found its home at the Penthouse, in Parkway, Camden Town.
Lots of people have come over the years, having their first experience of meditation,
deepening their practice in long term groups, benefiting from our meditative therapy
and coaching programmes and some have even become friends over time...
One highlight of our programmes – where we often see familiar faces – are the
Mindfulness Intensive Retreat Days/Weekends.
Our next Mindfulness Days is this weekend (Sat 17th + Sun 18th July) when we look forward
to welcoming you.
Join us for one or two days to meet like-minded people and enjoy all the space of our
Penthouse including both roof terraces.

- GBP 50 for 1 day or GBP 100 for 2 days
(special rate for former MBCT/MBSR course participants)
- GBP 60 for 1 day or GBP 120 for 2 days
(special rate for former Intro Course & Mindfulness Day participants)
