Group & Individual Sessions

How do Online Live group & individual sessions work?

The ever evolving technology makes Online Live sessions much easier now.

We will meet live on an interactive video platform called Zoom.

Rather than meeting in-person, participants engage with the facilitator and interact with one another through their computers for the session.

You can take the session from the comfort of your own home and still engage in a lively, meaningful learning experience and exchange. While of course it is not the same as being in the same room with people, it comes pretty close.

During group sessions, Zoom offers not only the possibility to meet with the whole group but also for small break-out groups, which is an important part of our trainings.

Technology Requirements

To ensure the best possible experience for you, the sessions rely on video conferencing which has minimum requirements to work properly. This includes having a computer with speakers, microphone, video capabilities, and a high-speed internet connection.

Mobile devices such as phones and tablets are not recommended.

If you have computer problems during one of the live sessions, you can phone in as a backup. Please note that we are not able to support your computer or network connection.
