

I would have said that I wasn’t suited to meditation; it seemed only to provide me with frustration that I was unable to
‘turn my thoughts off’, but active meditation has changed my attitude altogether. Not only am I able to leave the
confines of my analytical everyday thought process, I feel like I can move unselfconsciously for the first time in a long time.
It is really liberating and I feel completely rejuvenated afterwards (no matter what kind of a day I have had!). It’s nice to
be excited about something which is so good for me!

For anyone who lives, works or just passing through London either to have a first time experience or to enrich ones own practice.

6-week Meditation Practice Group

Meditative practice needs commitment and continuity to get the most out of it.
You can practise at home or in a special place,
where you can share your experiences (if you like)
with the energies of a temporary
but constant meditation group afterwards
with your fellow meditators and a trained moderator...
The London Meditation Practice Team designs a programme after the first evening according to the group’s needs by selecting from the broad range of
- OSHO Active Meditations™
- Meditations from The Book of Secrets
- Mindfulness Practice
- Guided Meditations (such as visualisations, and more...)
which can be adjusted if the progress of the group requires it.
It would also be beneficial to attend an Introductory Meditation Course before joining a practice group, but this is not a requirement to become enrolled.
