Training courses
including introspection and meditative techniques.
London Meditation provides the following in-house group trainings based on individual training needs analyses:
Facilitator training course
A facilitator is someone who uses knowledge of group processes to formulate and deliver the needed structure for meeting interactions to be effective. The facilitator focuses on effective processes (meeting dynamics) allowing the participants to focus on the content or the substance of their work together. Other roles exist for meeting participants besides facilitation. These include scribing, recording, timekeeping and leading discussions. The facilitator’s role is unique, although no more or less important, since their primary focus is on the meeting processes.
Facilitation involves many different levels of knowledge and skill, include work on all kinds of problems and challenges, can assist the group in fulfilling its desire, or can include pushing participants to new levels of understanding. Most importantly, however, facilitation includes both an ability to recognise when effective meeting processes are needed and an ability to provide those processes.
Our training enables the participants to facilitate in a professional manner and to create the supportive settings which make meeting success possible.
Coaching training course
The content of the seminars and workshops refers to the Association for Coaching (AC) Core Coach Capabilities and Framework as well as the AC Course Recognition Requirements.
The curriculum intends to deliver the qualifying methodical proficiency and the psychological relevant knowledge to the participants for their own development as coach. This may be realised in the accompanied phases of practice and allows the participants to involve themselves in this new and individual unfolding expertise.
The pre-course assessment is designed as one2one coaching cycle (minimum 5 sessions) with various scenarios to investigate the potentials of the possible participant. The result of the assessment is given as personal feedback and understood as outlook what the individual focuses in the training will be.
