Tonight after Kundalini you asked the 'old' people what was new... I was going to say that the only new thing was that I didn't fell asleep in the last stage. I was in another place, but I wasn't asleep... it's true, meditation is always different and I don't program it. I didn't know what was coming up before starting, but as soon as I started I had a feeling that I know very well. I had a feeling that I find there every time I meditate properly and I connect with myself. I was going home, inside myself in that place where everything is fine, everything is peaceful and full of love... that feeling is so natural and so familiar because it's coming from deep inside that I'm not able to tell what is new... and I was so happy to reach that freshness again.
